In this video series, HUMANeX Ventures’ own Spencer MacDonald delves into pertinent topics within the realm of leadership and program building with influential figures in college athletics. Each interview contains great takeaways for college coaches and administrators for building successful teams and creating life-changing experiences for their athletes.

In the inaugural tape, Spencer finds himself in America’s heartland at Purdue University, catching up with Director of Leadership Cathy Wright-Eger.

Wright-Eger boasts an impressive resume, both as Purdue’s head swimming & diving coach where she mentored a multitude of Big Ten Champions, All-Americans, as well as Olympians, and in her new role as head of the John Wooden School of Leadership at Purdue. Wright-Eger was one of the standard-setters in the department in building a lasting cultural excellence and now is tasked with extending this impact to every sport at Purdue.

Watch Wright-Eger discuss powerful topics with takeaways on connecting with student athletes as well as key factors to program-building.
